Job summary

The Treetop, an ABA therapy provider in North Carolina, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work one-on-one under BCBA supervision to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.
