Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Hickory, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA to develop communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.

Position Overview
