Job summary

The Treetop ABA in West End, NC seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and clinic ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work one-on-one under BCBA supervision to build communication, behavior, social and daily living skills in familiar environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using EMR.

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

• TRICARE certification
