Job summary

JAVA Autism Services in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum in clinic settings. You will use play, ABA strategies, and patient guidance to develop essential life skills and celebrate small and large progress moments.

The role is part-time with flexible hours and offers benefits after full-time conversion. Travel to in-home or school settings is possible case-by-case, with a supportive team of BCBAs guiding your growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year of ABA therapy experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Empathy, patience, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic.
• Use play and ABA techniques to teach life skills.

Help our kids grow while you learn their favorite games and develop your ABA skills.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) show up ready to help kids develop new skills through practice, patience, and play. Are you someone that leads with empathy, can make a game up on the spot, and just as easily follow a child's lead?

What You’ll Do

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic
• Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach kids life skills
• Celebrate wins (big and small)

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Pay, Schedule, And Benefits

• $23-$26/hour
• Part-time. If you want Full-Time, we can get you there!
• Our center is open Mon - Fri 8:00 AM to 4 PM
• In-home or in-school schedules available. Hours are case by case.
