Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions in Davidsonville, MD. You will work under BCBA/BCaBA supervision to implement plans and collect data in both individual sessions and potentially small groups.

We emphasize compassion, professional growth, and meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior for clients and families. Training and development are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
