Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Maryland. You will directly implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve outcomes for children with autism and related disorders, collaborating with BCBAs and BCaBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.

Education
