Job summary

Immaculate Conception Catholic School of Special Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in our clinic/classroom setting.

The role involves implementing BCBA-created treatment plans, data collection, and collaboration with families and staff. Virtus Training is required, and the shift runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm at the IC School campus.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Ability to collect and interpret data for treatment decisions.
• Strong communication with families, team, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic/classroom settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Support and guide parents under BCBA guidance.
• Communicate professionally with families and team.
• Record data on goals and adjust as needed.
• Complete daily notes and documentation.
• Participate in orientation and training.

Job Description:

Registered Behavior Technicians provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the clinic/ classroom setting to children with autism spectrum disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the clinical/classroom setting which includes but is not limited to behavior change interventions, fine and gross motor activities, group and individual activities, self-help and daily living skills, potty training skills, skills to access their community and home environment, and conversational and verbal skills.
• Implement treatment plans that are created by the BCBAs.
• Support and guide parents with the guidance of the BCBAs.
• Communicate professionally with family, team, and supervisors.
• Collect data on the goals provided in the treatment plan.
• Note changes in data and discuss with BCBA about making data-based decisions.
• Complete daily notes and documentation.
• Participate in orientation and training.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Follow cleaning schedule to maintain cleanliness in the clinic, to include dusting, mopping, cleaning rest room areas, and washing clinic items. (This is a sample list of cleaning responsibilities.)
• Additional responsibilities may be added and are subject to change at any time as the standards of the organization see fit.
• Virtus Training must be completed

Shift Day & Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm- PRN/Billables only

Shift Location: Immaculate Conception Catholic School

Pay Rate : $25 per billable hour

Team Members that are employees at out Immaculate Conception location are required to wear a name tag at all times, visible tattoos must be covered, be free of facial piercings and must respect the school, church and Diocesan policies while on IC campus.
