Job summary

Integrated Autism Center is seeking energetic Behavior Technicians for full-time roles in our in-center program, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, create client materials, and incorporate sensory activities to support learning.

We provide company-paid BACB certification (RBT), BLS/CPR, safety certification, and opportunities for advancement within the ABA team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and stay physically active.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Create client materials and prep materials for sessions.
• Record client data in Central Reach.
• Convert appointments into billing within 24 hours.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA and monthly goal reviews with CEO.
• Attend quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities.
• Perform cleaning duties.

Integrated Autism Center gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data into the Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
• Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
• Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
• Cleaning duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
