InBloom Autism Services is seeking experienced RBT II professionals to join a dedicated team providing 1:1 therapy across centers, homes, and schools. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and work with BCBAs to track progress and adjust strategies for each client.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct client care: provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, and schools.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
• Accurately collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress with supervising BCBAs and adjust plans as needed.
• Apply approved behavior reduction techniques to address challenging behaviors.
• Support skill acquisition and development of functional/social skills.
• Provide training and support to parents/caregivers for home implementation.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
• Complete paperwork, progress reports, and session notes.
• Communicate openly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.

We are hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technician II’s (RBT II’s) to join our diverse team. Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers, homes and/or schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client.
• Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors.
• Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.
• Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.
• Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB
• Must have 6 months or more of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Physical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and
• de-escalate situations with clients.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or
• sitting in order to interact with clients.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility.
• Adequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff.
• Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and other
• necessary tools.
