Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Lincolnwood, IL. This full-time role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data for children with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RBT certification or be willing to complete RBT within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to follow personalized treatment plans and document data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch behavior technician at work via provided link.
