Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time daytime schedule in the West Loop Chicago area. You will work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans and collecting session data.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and an active RBT certification. Opportunities for growth, paid RBT certification, and supportive teamwork are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma.
Active RBT Certification is required at start or during onboarding.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic session data.
Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
Collaborate with a supportive team focused on kid growth and success.
