The role requires maintaining RBT certification and collaborating with supervising BCBA/BCaBA to implement ABA programs. Responsibilities include direct care, data collection, executing skill acquisition plans, and ensuring resident dignity and positive behavior support across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years working with a dependent population, or an associate’s degree with 2 years experience, or a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately record data on client behavior and maintain clear documentation.
• Teach clients new skills using ABA methods.
• Implement strategies to decrease challenging behaviors as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA/BCaBA and other staff to ensure high-quality care.

This position requires understanding of positive behavioral approaches to implement programming as directed by behavioral and habilitation implementation plans. This position is responsible for immediate and accurate documentation of programming and interventions services. Effective coordination with the behaviorist, supervisors, and co-workers are required to maintain a high quality of life for the individual.### 1. Collaboration and Supervision* Regularly meet with the supervising BCBA/BCaBA for guidance, feedback, and performance review.* Communicate observations or concerns to the supervising behavior analyst.### 7.
