CIMI Enterprises LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships while providing direct behavior-analytic services. You will accurately collect and document client behavior data, following treatment plans and seeking consultation when needed.

This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to client progress, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team across various locations in Delaware.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain current certification from BACB.
• Pass State and Federal Criminal Background Check & Child Abuse Registry Check.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Document all services provided in a timely manner.
• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress.
