Job summary

SEBC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, community, and center settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support families under BCBA supervision as you grow toward RBT certification and BCBA goals.

No prior ABA experience is required, with comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development to help you advance in your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, school personnel, and other professionals while maintaining client confidentiality.
