Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes, schools and community settings. Sessions are scheduled weekday afternoons, with a strong emphasis on data collection and progress notes to guide therapy.

You will work in Lawrenceville, GA, with flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package for part-time or full-time staff. Training and ongoing BCBA support are provided to ensure high-quality care and staff development.

Qualifications

• 40 hour ABA training and ability to discuss ABA content
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional; data collection and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed session notes documenting progress.
