Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll collect data during sessions and write detailed notes, ensuring progress is tracked and reported accurately

Evening hours, Monday through Friday, with a focus on in-home care. A 40-hour RBT training and active RBT certification are required, along with the ability to adapt sessions to each child’s needs and family routines.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed session notes.
