BeeKind ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings in Lawrenceville, GA. You will collect data, track progress, and write session notes to support each client's development.

This role offers a pay range of $20–$25 per hour plus a $2/hour shift differential, with both part-time and full-time opportunities and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients; in-home experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed session notes.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client development.
