Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) in Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. You'll work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA treatment plans under a BCBA.

Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, annual raises, quarterly bonus, and benefits for full-time staff. Travel locally is required; training and mentorship are provided to advance to BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred in psychology or education.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
