Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings in Colorado. This part-time position offers mentorship, hands-on training, and potential progression to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
