Already Autism Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA services in children’s homes and communities across Georgia. You’ll work under a BCBA to build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Starting pay is $25/hour with experience-based adjustments. This part-time home-based role offers mileage reimbursement, RBT supervision, and biweekly pay, with opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA services.
• Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living and behavioral skills.
• Collect and accurately record clinical data in CentralReach.
• Complete session documentation accurately and on time.
• Respond to challenging behaviors with professionalism and empathy.
• Communicate session information to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and care team.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

Do you love helping children learn, grow, and succeed? Already Autism Health is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children to help build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills while working closely with a supportive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

WHAT YOU’LL DO
