Achieve Beyond seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, hourly work in the Fairfax area. You will deliver direct ABA instruction, document progress, and collaborate with BCBA and therapy teams to support children’s development.
The role requires 1–2 years of supervised experience with children and an active RBT certification. Evening/weekend availability and home-based service experience are assets. Competitive hourly pay applies based on experience.

We currently offer our services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware,and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. We specialize in conducting initial evaluations and providing ongoing services in home, community, and clinic settings. Hourly Rate: Up to $27 basedavailabilityandexperience
LOCATION: Cases Available Throughout Fairfax
