Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Behavior Support professional to implement individualized plans under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will teach and reinforce communication, social, daily living, and other adaptive skills using evidence-based practices in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities include data recording, de-escalation, and adherence to ethical guidelines, with ongoing supervision to maintain best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be registered with the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Previous experience working in high acuity environments with intense behaviors.
