About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Achievers ABA, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to improve lives. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual behavioral therapy sessions with children with autism
• Implementing treatment plans and collecting data on client progress
• Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
