Easterseals Redwood is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Fort Mitchell, KY team. You will provide direct client services under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior support plans and data collection to monitor progress.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining engaging, client-centered sessions. Training and professional development are supported through our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct client service under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies as prescribed by Behavior Supports Plan.
• Record data accurately to assess intervention effectiveness and progress toward goals.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for every client.
• Communicate with BCBA and caregivers before and after sessions.
