Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma and pursue BACB RBT certification; training is provided if not certified at hire. The role requires reliable, independent work within structured plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain BACB RBT certification; training provided if not certified at hire.
• Experience in ABA or behavioral health preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
• Implement ABA sessions using BST techniques under supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain an assigned caseload and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Monitor client progress and report observations to supervising BCBA.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures and ethical guidelines.
• Seek consultation or refer when client needs fall outside behavioral scope.
