Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Deming, NM. Earn $20–$29 per hour with flexible schedules for in-home and in-school ABA services across New Mexico. We provide training, supervision, and opportunities for BCBA fieldwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.

What You Will Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout New Mexico
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What We Expect From You

• High School Diploma or GED

Schedule Options

Full‑Time: 35–40 hours per week
Part‑Time: 10–20 hours per week
