Job Summary:

At Applied ABC, we are committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping our young clients overcome their unique developmental and behavioral challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Clermont, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with ASD, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client progress, using this information to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed

• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating parent and caregiver feedback

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including notes, data, and billing information

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, with a focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment for clients

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field preferred

• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional client care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, families, and team members

Work Schedule:

• Per Diem schedule:

  Sat & Sun - all day; M, Tu, F- After 4:00 pm
