Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for children with autism in homes, clinics, and community settings in the Charlotte area. RBTs work under the close supervision of a BCBA to implement strategies that reduce challenging behaviors and teach essential skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize the CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data.
• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under supervision.
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provides services in the home, clinic, and community settings.

RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of aBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. We are hiring both full-time and part-time RBTs with a diverse array of available working hours, including M-F schedules!

Physical Demands:

Working Environment:

Travel is required between client homes, clinic,and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
