Job Overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The RBT will assist in data collection, monitor client progress, and support clients in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement ABA interventions as directed by the supervising BCBA.
  2. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
  3. Assist clients with daily living skills and social interactions.
  4. Provide support in a variety of settings, including home and community environments.
  5. Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members.
Minimum Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  2. Completion of RBT training and certification.
  3. Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  4. Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  5. Willingness to assist clients with toileting needs.
Availability

At KBH, we use a block scheduling method. Please indicate your availability for the following time blocks:

  • 8am - 3pm, Monday-Friday
  • 12pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday
