Job summary

Airborne ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time, in-person roles in Aurora, Colorado. You will work directly with children with autism, implementing behaviour plans under BCBA supervision and supporting skill-building, with a focus on independence.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Aurora, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team asRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behaviour intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behaviour change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
