Job summary

Airborne ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in La Junta, Colorado to work directly with children with autism and developmental needs. You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision and support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in La Junta, Coloradoand we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team asRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.


• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.


• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
