Heartland ABA is hiring RBTs to support children with Autism in home and community settings across Missouri. We provide training and support to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician certification before you begin direct services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
