Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Colorado is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. RBTs provide ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings, delivering engaging sessions under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or transcripts or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to work sites.
• Ability to engage and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, social skills).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.
