Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Colorado. We provide compassionate ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and communities, with support from supervising BCBA staff.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping individuals with disabilities. We emphasize care for staff and opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or transcripts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact with individuals with disabilities and have fun while engaging them.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and communities.
• Help learners gain life skills (communication, daily living, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.
