Job summary

Alight Behavioral in Minnesota is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs with comprehensive training, offering both full-time and part-time roles, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

Typical duties include 1:1 sessions, teaching play/social and self-help skills, and documenting outcomes, with support to attain RBT status if needed.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification preferred; training offered.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
