Job summary

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities. In-person work with flexible schedules and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities
