Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum. This in-person role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules and comprehensive training to help you grow.
Requirements include completing a 40-hour RBT training, ABA experience preferred, excellent references, and RBT certification is ideal but we can assist you to attain it.

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Completed 40 hour RBT training course
Previous ABA experience preferred
Excellent references
RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
