Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Full-time and part-time, in-person work with a comprehensive training program. Competitive hourly pay of 23-27 USD, plus a 250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours, and benefits like 401(k) matching, flexible schedule, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
