Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide one-on-one therapy using positive reinforcement to develop new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, with both full-time and part-time positions available, offering comprehensive training and growth opportunities in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions

• Document session outcomes

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
