Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is seeking dedicated ABA professionals to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized ABA programming, collect data, attend trainings, and help clients progress in home and school settings, while collaborating with a treatment team.

The role requires a collaborative, client-centered approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
