Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ABA therapy sessions with children in clients' homes using evidence-based techniques to promote skill development and behavior change.
• Collecting and recording data on client progress, and providing verbal and written reports to parents and treatment teams.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement treatment plans and adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client data, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

About the Role:
