Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs for in-person, full-time and part-time roles. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, teach essential skills, and document progress with children on the autism spectrum. Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Completed 40 hour RBT training course
Previous ABA experience preferred
Excellent references
RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
