Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Fayetteville, NC seeks motivated Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will implement evidence-based strategies, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors to support skills development in a child-centered setting.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs alike. Full-time and part-time roles include comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
