Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required.
• Montana Driver’s License or ability to obtain one.
• Criminal and protective services background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
• Increases frequency or duration of safe replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers.
• Accurately collects behavior data including ABC, count, frequency, duration, latency, event, and interval-based recording.
• Follows treatment plan goals and interventions with appropriate consultation.
• Collaborates with family and treatment team to provide effective treatment without disruption.
• Educates and supports role of ABA-based interventions and RBT within established boundaries.
