Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Implementer / Registered Behavior Technician to join our Autism Center in Springfield, MO. The role supports both full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with paid training and opportunities for BCBA supervision as you pursue certification.

You will implement ABA programming, collect data, and assist with staff training in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that values client care and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; RBT certification is preferred but can be earned after employment.
• Experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum is desirable.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for some roles in this program.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate ABA programming in individual and Day Treatment settings.
• Prepare treatment rooms and materials on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and implement group activities.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional assessments under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data using appropriate measurement procedures and document for each child.
• Enter data and update graphs for progress tracking.
• Assist in training other staff when Applied Verbal Behaviors are implemented.
• Maintain data sheets and organize materials needed for treatment.

Not yet a Registered Behavior Technician? No problem! Burrell will help you earn and maintain your certification with paid training, and Burrell-provided BCBA assessment. Once you have earned your RBT credential, your pay will also increase.

Job Overview

The ABA Treatment Specialist / Registered Behavioral Technician implements programming both in the individual and behavioral day treatment setting.

$500 Sign-On Bonus (for RBT's) Opportunity for RBTs pursuing the BCBA certification to receive BCBA Fieldwork Supervision at no cost.

What you will do

• Implementation, evaluation of Applied Behavior Analysis programming both individually and in the Day Treatment setting in accordance with the treatment plan.
• Daily preparation of treatment room and materials.
• Coordinate and implement group activities.
• Conduct preference assessments, assist with functional assessments and other individualized assessment procedures, with guidance from the BCBA.
• Collect data utilizing appropriate measurement procedures and document accordingly to each individual child’s programming.
• Enter data and update graphs.
• Assist in duties related to training of other staff in settings where Applied Verbal Behavioral is implemented.
• Take data and notes specific to each child’s programming, Assist in organization and set up materials needed for treatment, which includes maintaining data sheets and books.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED Experience in working with Autism Spectrum Bachelor’s degree preferred RBT certification preferred, but can be earned upon employment.
