Registered Behavior Technician ($1,500 Sign on bonus)

Glenwood has an opportunity to work in our newly expanded Avondale Children’s Center as a Registered Behavior Technician/RBT serving children ages 2-6 with autism spectrum disorder. The role involves providing 1:1 early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI), including naturalistic teaching, incidental teaching, and discrete-trial training. RBTs will collaborate closely with Behavior Analysts to ensure materials and programs are current and effective, assist in data collection and decision-making, programming for skill generalization, parent training, behavior assessment, and social skills development.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience working with children with disabilities.
