Job summary

Tiiba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Northwest Indianapolis. You will work 1:1 with clients diagnosed with Autism and implement ABA therapy programs to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You’ll receive ongoing support from in-house BCBAs and BCaBAs. The role includes a clear training path and opportunities for growth, with new hire cohorts starting Sept 14, 21, and 28.
