Job summary

Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA) in Indianapolis – Northwest area seeks compassionate RBTs to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism, implementing ABA programs and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills. Join a supportive team with in-house supervision from BCBAs/BCaBAs and opportunities for growth.

Starting pay is $21.25 per hour, with benefits including insurance, PTO and professional development, plus breaks and incentives within the RBT progression

Qualifications

• Candidates should be enthusiastic, dependable and detail oriented.
• Experience or comfort working with children with Autism is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

TheIndiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA)is celebrating15 years of serving the Indianapolis community. We provide center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and are looking for compassionate, motivated RBTs to join our team.
