Job summary

Total Care ABA in Valparaiso, IN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA therapy. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect client data, and support skill development across home and school settings throughout Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes or community settings as needed.
• Provide services in homes and schools across Indiana.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development.

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
