Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Holland, IN to support in-home and in-school ABA services across Indiana. Earn $18–$27 per hour with flexible schedules and training provided.

As an RBT you will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to help children reach meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home/school/community settings.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team; travel as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
